The house is available to let from January to December from £400 per week.

The weekly let usually runs from Saturday to Saturday with guests arriving after 14.00 on the day of the let and departing before 10.00 on the day of departure.

A deposit of half the total cost of the let is required at the time of booking with the remainder being paid one week before arrival.

The electric meter reading will be taken in the presence of guest/s and proprietor at the beginning and end of the let and cost for electricity used will be paid for by the guest/s prior to departure.

Guests are required to sign a form agreeing that the house will be left in the same manner that it was in when occupied and that any damage to the property or furnishings will be paid for.
